Signing up for a new user account depends on wht kind of user account you will sign up for. There are two different types of user accounts; I. Prepaid & II. Postpaid. Postpaid user account is subject to the direct function of the authority & cannot be created using the client interface. Please place your request to the cafe manager for your postpaid user account.

Creating a prepaid user account requires you to have a prepaid card that can be collected from the cafe management and/or wherever the cafe management arranges. That card will have a 'Card identification number' & a 'Card password'. This can also be a scratch card depending on how your cafe management prepares it. Anyway, you are suppose to insert the the card identification number & the card password in the designated places on the 'Sign up' dialog of CafeMan client application. Click 'Sign up' button on the 'Log in' window to bring it up. All the information on the left side are compulsury & information on the right side are optional. Click 'Signup' when you have provided the required information. Your user account should instantly be created on the system & you should be able to log into the system right after signing up successfully. |
Your user account will remain active as long as you have enough credit stored (account expiration also depends on your cafe management's user policy). You will need to recharge your account to store additional credits to it.
You should be allowed to use the resources as long as your remaining credits support you, but cafe administration holds the right to intercept in your usage.
