This is the place where you will mostly be working in. Here you see whatever is going on in each client, whoever is logging in & logging out. This console reflects all available data of a client usage real time. This is like the watchdog, from a central position, you see the activities of your clients. In an integrated style of view, the console shows you the status of the machines, users, usage time, uptime, etc. It even shows you the black debug panel to represent data transfer real time. You can access the console toolbar to perform various actions on the clients like sending messege, logging out, logging in, killing, etc.

In short, this is the place where everything takes place in CafeMan sevrer. You cannot close this console.

Sending messeges to the users:
Select the users you want to send a messege, then either press the send messege button on the toolbar or use 'User> Send messege' menu to open the messege window.

Here you type a title for your messege and type in the body of your messege, the press the Send button. All the users you selected will instantly get the messege you sent.

Log out a user:
As the administrator, you have the ability to log out (kick) an online user on any client machine off the system. Select the users you want to log them out forcefully, then either press the Lock button on the toolbar or the 'User> Log out' menu. This will require you to conform the log out and all the selected clients will forcefully be logged out of the system by the client application. Note: The user can then login back into the system again, logging out doesn't mean banning.

Remote login:
This is a unique feature of CafeMan. As an administrator, you can log in a user on any client machine remotely, you don't have to know the password of the user. This might be usefull when a client feels difficulty to understand the system or unable to use the Log in panel. Select an available client machine from the console, then either press the Keys button or 'Client> Log in' menu, this will let you select a user.

Now select the type of the user from the dropdown & the user from the username dropdown and press Login, the selected user will automatically be logged into the system on the selected client machine.

Terminating client system:
To provide maximum security, client machines are protected by the client application of CafeMan. CafeMan prevents anyone from using the client machine by locking the screen screen, keyboard, task manager & start menu. The CafeMan client can only be terminated from CafeMan server. Select the client machine in the console & press 'Client> Terminate' menu. This won't wait for your confirmation & the selected client's will be terminated immediately returning the client machine into normal unlocked state.
