Report generation in CafeMan is just a matter of common sense! Select 'File> Report...' from the menu & you certainly will see a filter panel like below;

Here you specify the filter criteria to generate your report for. There are three built in report types; Credit history, Usage log & User list. Pressing these buttons will generate separate reports like below;
